Cooperations

We cooperate with the Brauakademie Zellerfeld (Zellerfeld Brewing Academy) in the Kunsthandwerkerhof (Craftsmen's Courtyard) and are also in contact with local breweries.

The malts we use are donated by Mich. Weyermann® GmbH & Co. KG from Bamberg and by the Bamberger Mälzerei (Bamberg Malt House). We would like to thank both malt houses for supporting our work.

The hop extracts we use are provided for research purposes by Yakima Chief Hops SA (European Sales, Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium).
